HOW DOES FOCUS HR WORK

Support is available in a variety of ways to suit your business needs.  Advice and guidance are provided either in person at a location to suit or via telephone, email etc.  Our fees are agreed in advance and we charge relative to the amount of time that is dedicated to assisting you.

Irrespective of how you engage our services you will always get the same high level of support and advice.

PAY as You GO Support

Typically our clients engage us on a pay-as-you-go (ad-hoc) basis contacting Focus HR asand when issues arise and support or guidance is required.

Our fees are based on an agreed hourly rate, charged in units of 10 minutes, so you are only charged relative to the amount of time that we have actually spent providing support.

Retained Support

We also recognise that some clients prefer to work with us on a retained basis, as they like to know that they have a specific allocation of our time each month in order to address their HR issues.

Whatever option you choose, we will offer you a service which matches your needs and expectations and we are happy to work with you to identify the best approach for your business.
