HOW WE WORK
At Focus HR we believe it is important that you get to know us. That's why we try to spend some time getting you know you and your business. If we understand how you work, the problems that you are facing and results you wish to achieve the more focused our services can be.
Support is available in a number of ways to suit your business needs. Advice and guidance are provided either in person at a location to suit or via telephone, zoom or email.
Our fees are agreed in advance and we charge relative to the amount of time that is dedicated to assisting you.
Irrespective of how you engage our services you will always get the same high level of support and advice.
PAY as You Go Support
Typically our clients engage us on a pay-as-you-go (ad-hoc) basis contacting Focus HR Solutions as and when issues arise and support or guidance is required.
Our fees are based on an agreed hourly rate, charged in units of 10 minutes, so you are only charged relative to the amount of time that we have actually spent providing support.
Retained Support
We also recognise that some clients prefer to work with us on a retained basis, as they like to know that they have a specific allocation of our time each month in order to address their HR issues.
Whatever option you choose, we will offer you a service which matches your needs and expectations and we are happy to work with you to identify the best approach for your business.

I am a" hands on" HR specialist with over 20 years' experience in Human Resources Management. This has been gained in a variety of sectors including construction, property management, financial services and retail.
I have worked for large publicly listed companies, as well as smaller family run enterprises. I have also owned and managed successful businesses alongside my husband which has been both challenging and enjoyable.
My ethos is is provide clear, straightforward practical advice to help your business or organisation run smoothly and efficiently.
My aim is to provide cost effective HR advice and to remove the strain of dealing with often complicated HR issues; help develop staff to be the best they can be; and create great places to work.
